DC Office of the Attorney General
Washington Sports Club (“TSI”) Refund Process

The Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia (“OAG”), Office of Consumer Protection, is pleased to inform you that you are preliminary approved to receive a refund as a result of OAG’s settlement with Town Sports International, LLC d/b/a Washington Sports Clubs (“TSI”). The settlement agreement resolves allegations that TSI continued to charge membership dues to District consumers while their gyms were inaccessible due to the COVID-19 pandemic and failed to issue promised credits or process membership cancellations. Under the settlement, TSI agreed to reimburse District consumers who were charged membership dues or fees under those circumstances.
